Dr. Hosffman Ospino, PhD is an Associate Professor of Theology and Religious Education at Boston College, School of Theology and Ministry where he is also Chair of the Department of Religious Education and Pastoral Ministry. He is the Director of the university’s Graduate Programs in Hispanic Ministry. Hosffman is the principal investigator for several national studies on Hispanic Catholics. His research explores how faith and culture dialogue in the world of Catholic education as well as in the process of building faith communities in multicultural contexts. He is the author/editor of more than 15 books and more than 150 articles, academic and general. He serves on the boards of several national organizations, academic and ministerial, and is actively involved in ministerial activities in the Archdiocese of Boston.

Los católicos en los Estados Unidos nos encontramos respondiendo a la invitación de nuestros obispos a renovar con entusiasmo el amor por la Eucaristía. Para ello necesitamos entender mejor lo que este hermoso regalo significa tanto en la tradición de la Iglesia como en nuestras vidas. En esta presentación se resaltarán principios fundamentales de la enseñanza de la Iglesia sobre el misterio de la Eucaristía y se ofrecerán pautas prácticas para vivir un discipulado misionero y eucarístico tanto en nuestras familias, especialmente con nuestros hijos, como en nuestras parroquias.
